@healthy_floflo je zpět, tentokrát s alternativou k tyčince Snickers, a to pouze ze čtyř ingrediencí. Jsou super jednoduché, skoro tak jednoduché, jako rozbalit obal a pustit se do jídla. Dobře, bude to chtít o něco víc práce, ale za ta makra to stojí, takže se nebudete namáhat zbytečně.

- 8 datlí
- 3/5 lžic arašídového másla
- 50g hořké čokolády
- Hrst arašídů
Postup
- Datle rozpulte a vyndejte pecku.
- Do datlí dejte arašídové máslo, zavřete je a přidejte pár nasekaných arašídů-
- Rozpusťte čokoládu a obalte v ní datle.
- Dejte na 30 minut do lednice nebo na pár minut do mrazáku.
- Posypte extra arašídy.
